Who we are:

The firm Meekins and Associates, Inc was founded in 1982. The principle broker is Rudy B. Meekins Sr. His first love was Boy Scouts, from there, it became the United States Marine Corps. He was wounded badly in North Korea in 1950 and spent almost two years in military hospitals. Shortly thereafter, Rudy became interested in accounting as a profession. A few years later, as he was able to be more active, he became involved in real estate and has been a real estate broker since 1959.

Our firm: Meekins and Associates, Inc. is synonymous with integrity and good old fashioned values. We are not your average real estate firm. We have been building entities with valued clients, friends, and family for years. These groups of people have come together to purchase real estate for investment. The entities may be comprised of residential property, commercial property, land, or a combination of the above. The one consistent feature of all the properties is that Rudy is personally invested in each of them. He has years of proven experience in choosing properties that will grow in value.
